When you check in at a Valora-enabled valet stand, we collect limited personal information to facilitate your service, including:

  • Name — to identify your vehicle.
  • Mobile Phone Number — to send status updates and payment links.
  • Vehicle Information — make, model, and license plate.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used strictly for transactional purposes related to your parking experience, including:

  • Sending a “Vehicle Received” confirmation via SMS/WhatsApp.
  • Notifying you when your vehicle is ready for pickup.
  • Providing a secure link for digital payment.
  • Maintaining a record for returning customers at a specific restaurant location.

3. SMS Opt-In and Consent

By providing your mobile number to a Valora attendant, you are consenting to receive automated transactional text messages.

  • Verification: You may receive an initial text asking you to reply YES to confirm your enrollment.
  • Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your use of the valet service.
  • Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP.

4. Third-Party Data Sharing (Carrier Requirement)

We value your privacy. Your mobile opt-in data and consent will NOT be shared, sold, or rented to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with any third parties is strictly limited to the service providers necessary to deliver our SMS and payment services (e.g., Twilio for messaging and our payment processor), and these parties are prohibited from using your data for their own marketing.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. Phone numbers are stored securely in our database and are accessible only to authorized personnel at the participating restaurant or Valora administrators.
